DELIVERY:

Both local and international delivery will be fulfilled by EasyParcel- a platform that aggregates various fulfillment companies. Order will be processed within 1-4 working days from the time payment is received. We regret to inform that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Delivery will take approximately 1-5 working days for domestic purchases and 5-7 working days for international purchases. Buyers will be emailed a tracking number of their parcel upon dispatch of item. The order delivery status of the parcel can be tracked here.

RETURNS:

Reasons for Returns Eligible for Returns  NOT eligible for Returns

- Item does not fit (eg; too big, too loose)

- Item has been damaged during delivery

- Hang tag has been removed

- Item has been worn (upon inspection of internal team)**

- Item only returned after 14  days of receiving (calculated from the date parcel is successfully delivered)

- Item has been damaged due to self-inflicted damage (eg; holes, obvious stains)**

- Differences in +/- 1-3 cm in measurement

- Differences in colour due to screen/device resolution (eg; red colour on screen vs fuschia)

- Slight design variation from product photos (eg: print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements)

- Minor imperfections (eg: loose threads, crease marks)

- Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.

You may return your item(s) as long as they reach us within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with their tags unaltered and intact, otherwise we (Fashion Forward Enterprise, registration number: 002848007-T) reserves all rights to deny the returns.

REFUND:

Upon inspection of the  returned item(s), you will be issued an online promo code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), should the return is deemed eligible. Validity of the online gift code is three (3) months from date of issuance.
