Is it safe to shop online?

It is safe to shop online and Florette The Label keeps your information absolutely discreet. The payment gateway used by the website is Ipay88 - is an Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd, a MSC status company since 2006. Also the courier service we use which is Easy Parcel which guarantee a safe and timely delivery of your purchase.

What can I do if I want to return the item(s)?

We are sorry to hear that the item did not meet your expectations.The return and refund process is as below:

  1. Kindly fill in the return and refund form attached in your parcel. Note: Your purchase is eligible for a return only if the original tag is attached.

  2. All items must be sent to Florette The Label within seven (7) working days.

  3. The delivery cost of a return is fully borne by the customer

  4. Once the item is received and inspected by the team, we will either refund your purchase in store credits or another item/size that you have indicated in the return form. Note: If the item is no longer in stock, store credits will be granted to the customer.

  5. All store credits have a three (3) months validity.

Can I change my delivery address?

We usually process the items 24 hours within order placement. Do keep in touch with the team at hello@florettethelabel.com and we will be happy to assist.

How long does delivery take?

Florette The Label will send you an email once your parcel is dispatched. You may track the latest status of your parcel by the tracking number.

Delivery within Malaysia takes up to five (5) working days. For international delivery, please keep an eye on the tracking number in your email. For further inquiries on delivery, please get in touch with the team at hello@florettethelabel.com

Please take note that Florette the Label will not be responsible for the delay of any parcel as delivery is fulfilled by third party provider.

I have changed my mind. I no longer want to proceed with the order. Can I cancel and receive a full refund?

We’re sorry to hear about this! Unfortunately, all orders are processed almost immediately upon order placement. In the event that the order has been processed, you may proceed with a return in accordance to our returns policy.

We support  all online banking payments by our official payment gateway provider, iPay 88.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept COD at the moment.

How long does your pre-order items take?

We have selected apparels which are available on a pre-order basis (meaning that we only place an order with the supplier upon successful payment from the customer). Pre-order items take approximately 3 weeks to arrive.
